The communication with fedex Greece was. In every telephone call there was automatic response and the only way to change the delivery date was via website. I did a change in the delivery date via website but i never received a confirmation message regarding the change. So i was forced to take a day off work and stay home on the original delivery date, especially since they didn't even provide a specific time window. Their message simply stated 'delivery before 20.00 . In.other words i had to wait around all day. Ultimately, they brought it at around 12.30. A really teagic experience.
